We use 100% Zabihah Halal meat. Our dishes are served a-la-carte meaning bread and rice is sold separately. Everything is made as soon as it has been ordered; please order with a mindful consideration of the time required for preparation of each dish.

These are lighter snacks but still take time to prepare.
Bun Kabab
This is a Pakistani style burger.
Aaloo Samosas
These are spiced potatoes wrapped in a triangular shaped spring roll. There are two samosas in a plate.
Beef Samosas
This is spiced ground-beef with chopped onions and cilantro wrapped in a spring roll. There are two in a plate.
Chicken Samosas
This is spiced ground-beef with chopped onions and cilantro wrapped in a spring roll. There are two in a plate.
Grilled Dishes
These are tasty and healthy dishes grilled on skewers. They take 25 - 45 minutes to prepare.
Chicken Tikka
Skewered chicken leg, marinated in tandoori spices. (This dish takes a full 45 minutes to cook, no less)
Chicken Boti
Grilled boneless chicken marinated in tandoori spices. There are six pieces in a plate.
Bihari Kabab
A tenderized skirt-cut strip of beef marinated in traditional spices and grilled.

A tenderized skirt-cut strip of white meat boneless chicken marinated in traditional spices and grilled.
Tawa Dishes
These are some of our most popular dishes. They are each cooked in a different type of tawa (wok). The time it takes to prepare these dishes tends to be between 25 - 45 minutes.
Chapli Kabab
A native dish from Pishawar. Two seasoned minced beef patties garnished with friend onions.
Tawa Kabab
Seasoned ground beef formed into kabobs and garnished with fried onions. There are two kabobs in a plate.
Tawa Fish
Two filets (or four pieces) of marinated tilapia fish, potato slices, and our special fish sauce shallow fried on top of flat Tawa.
Tawa Chicken
Strips of marinated white-meat chicken breast, sauteed in a Tawa with onions, tomatoes, and slivers of jalapenos and ginger.
Tawa Shrimp
Marinated shrimp stir-fried in a Tawa with onions, tomatoes, and slivers of jalapenos and ginger.
Chicken Gravies
These are gravy dishes that are cooked with meat.
Butter Chicken
Boneless tandoori chicken cut into little cubes and cooked in a creamy tomato sauce.
Karahi Chicken
Dark-meat chicken on the bone cooked in a traditional Karahi with a base of tomatoes, ginger, and garlic.
Vegetarian Entrees
These are gravy dishes that are prepared with no meat. They take between 15-25 minutes to prepare.
Butter Paneer
Cottage cheese cooked in a creamy tomato base with herbs and house spices.
Paalak Paneer
Spinach and cottage cheese cooked with house spices inside of a creamy sauce.
Daal
Split peas seasoned and blended with house spices into a delicious gravy.

These are home-made breads. Traditionally, these different types of bread are eaten with almost every dish.
Paratha
Our signature home-style flat bread made with a mix of wheat and flour and shallow fried lightly in oil on a flat Tawa.
Roti
Our signature home-style flat bread made with a mix of wheat and flour and shallow fried without oil on a flat Tawa.
Naan
Flour dough baked in a traditional Tandoor to make a fluffy and soft bread lightly lathered with butter.

Homemade traditional Pakistani ice cream made with saffron and pistachios sliced and topped off with a light drizzle of Rooh-Afza (rose syrup).
Kheer
Saffron flavored rice pudding with a blend of pistachios and almonds lightly sprinkled on the top.

Deep fried donuts served in a warm and sweet syrup.
